Cancellation Period: Cancellation requests can be submitted at any time. However, please note that we recommend allowing sufficient time before the scheduled start of your campaign to ensure a smooth cancellation process.

Cancellation Fees: Depending on the stage of your campaign and any incurred expenses, a cancellation fee may apply. This fee covers any non-recoverable costs associated with campaign partial delivery cost.

Refunds

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are typically provided under the following circumstances:
    • Technical Errors: If your campaign experiences technical issues that prevent it from running as intended.
    • Non-Delivery: In cases where your campaign fails to deliver the agreed-upon impressions or engagements due to issues on our end.
    • Unapproved Content: If your ad content is rejected during the review process and cannot be modified to meet our policies.
  • Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with a detailed explanation of the issue and relevant supporting documentation, such as screenshots or error reports.
  • Refund Amount: The refund amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis, considering the specific circumstances and impact on the campaign’s performance.

Non-Refundable Situations

 Please note that refunds are typically not provided in the following situations:

  • Changes in Advertising Objectives: If you decide to change your advertising objectives or creative content after campaign completed.
  • Poor Campaign Performance: Refunds are not guaranteed if your campaign does not perform as expected due to factors beyond our control, such as market fluctuations or changes in user behavior.
